Hi, I’m Nick Ogden, REALTOR® with Press Realty, Halifax Nova Scotia Canada. I focus on clear communication, honest advice, and building long-term relationships with my clients.

I’m originally from Massachusetts, but I grew up in Clayton Park and have spent years watching Halifax evolve. My partner and I now live in the West End, and we enjoy being involved in the community and getting to know the people who make these neighbourhoods great.

My experience includes studying Audio Engineering and Business Management at Dalhousie University, managing income properties since 2018, and currently owning and managing a Peninsula Airbnb. That hands-on experience helps me guide clients with both the emotional and practical sides of real estate in mind.

For buyers, I lead with preparation and education. We’ll review financing, budgeting, closing costs, and the full timeline from accepted offer to closing day. The goal is simple: you feel confident at every step.

For sellers, I create a tailored plan to help your home stand out. That includes prep guidance, professional marketing, and a pricing strategy based on assessed value, current market activity, and comparable sales.

I serve clients throughout HRM, and across Nova Scotia from Bridgewater to Kentville and up to Truro. If you’re moving outside those areas, I’m happy to help on a case-by-case basis.

Outside of real estate, I’m usually strength training, boxing, or working in the garden.
