Kristen Repoli is a licensed REALTOR® in Maryland and Virginia and co-leads The Repoli Homes Team with her sister, Katelyn. They’re sisters by birth, experts by trade, and honest to a fault.

Kristen grew up in a family home-remodeling business in the DMV and spent her early years on construction sites. That background helps her clients see past the drywall to a home’s real structural condition and potential. Together, the sisters bring experience in analysis for the Department of Defense, research at the National Institutes of Health, residential design, and special education. The result is a team that is data-driven, design-savvy, and patient with every client.
