Hi, I’m Jennifer Winchester (she/her), an Associate Broker based in Tucson, Arizona, and a proud Ace/Aro member of the LGBTQ+ community. I’ve been licensed in Arizona since 2018, with real estate experience that began long before that—starting with my very first job in the industry at age 15.
I’m deeply committed to creating safe, affirming, and informed real estate experiences for LGBTQ+ buyers and sellers. I hold several professional designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Certified Full Service Professional (CFSP), and At Home With Diversity® (AHWD), which equip me to advocate for my clients, uphold fair housing, and guide transactions with clarity and care.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance and the Tucson LGBT Chamber of Commerce, I actively support inclusive homeownership and equitable access to housing.
