With buyers, David uses a consultative approach to fully understand what his clients are looking for and matches that with the best properties for sale - including any off-market homes.
David’s clients have consistently raved about his responsiveness, market knowledge, friendly approach, and fierce advocacy their behalf.
David works all kinds of clients, from first-time buyers and sellers to seasoned investors, with a special focus on livable and walkable neighborhoods, and empty nesters as well as estates.

He and his husband currently live in DC's Bloomingdale neighborhood. David also owns a home in Rehoboth Beach, DE and has vacationed there since the early 1990's.
