I’m Clint Rogers, and I firmly believe buying or selling a home doesn’t have to feel like a root canal. Real estate should be exciting, empowering, and yeah—even fun. My job is to get you through the process with solid strategy, zero B.S., and maybe a few laughs along the way.
I work all over South Seattle and Tacoma—from Beacon Hill to Burien, Kent to Columbia City—helping first-time buyers, sellers, and anyone who just wants a Realtor who actually listens. I’ve built my business on being straight-up, responsive, and fiercely in my clients’ corner. No jargon, no pressure, no cookie-cutter “sales guy” energy. Just real talk and real results.
As a proud gay Realtor and first-time homebuyer advocate, I’m especially passionate about helping LGBTQ+ folks step into homeownership and build equity with confidence. For me, real estate isn’t just about transactions—it’s about community, connection, and creating safe spaces where people can thrive.
When I’m not negotiating deals or touring homes, you’ll probably find me hiking local trails with my dog Willie or wrangling our backyard chickens (who definitely think they run the place). I also love traveling, exploring new spots, and finding the best hole-in-the-wall restaurants around the South End.
At the end of the day, I’m not here to “sell” you something—I’m here to help you get home. And maybe crack a joke or two along the way.
