EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
The expo will run Tuesday morning October 13, 2026 to Wednesday afternoon October 14, 2026.
Expo Hours
Tuesday 10/13 | 10:00am - 9:00pm
Wednesday 10/14 | 7:00am - 5:00pm
* As a sponsor / exhibitor you receive One (1) expo booth and up to TWO expo-only passes. See hours above.
* Please note the expo is adjacent to registration and the area where the Welcome reception on 10/13 and the General Session, breakfast and lunch on 10/14 will be held. Attendees will likely visit the expo during these hours as well.
* Your Expo space is 8ft x 10 ft and includes one 6 or 8 ft table, table linen, power, wifi, 2 chairs and wastebasket. You are welcome to bring pop up back drops. There will be no pipe & drape.
* Move in hours on October 13th begin at 7am. Attendees will be arriving throughout the morning prior to the breakout sessions.
* The location of your booth is assigned by the Alliance. Premium Sponsors receive premium locations.
* 5A Power service is included with all booths. Increased power service is available for $250/day and will need to be requested prior to the start of the event.
* Your expo passes do not provide access to education sessions or evening events.
