Tori Easterling is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Georgia, sales manager, and industry educator with nearly 20 years of experience in residential real estate. Since launching her career in 2006, she has built her reputation on developing people, strengthening businesses, and creating systems that drive consistent, professional results. Throughout her career, Tori has coached and trained hundreds of agents, led business growth initiatives, and served in leadership roles that support both performance and long-term sustainability. Her background as an instructor and mentor gives her clients a distinct advantage: a deeper understanding of contracts, negotiation strategy, risk management, and how successful transactions are built from the inside out. She is actively involved in the profession at a high level, serving on the Speaker’s Bureau for the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce, as a board member of the Gold Coast Council of Public Relations, and on the Professional Development Committee for the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie REALTORS®, where she is also a faculty member. While leadership is her primary focus, Tori continues to work with a select group of buyers and sellers who value discretion, structure, and expert guidance.
