Named a Top Producer and Baird & Warner’s 2025 Rookie of the Year, Steph has catapulted onto Chicago’s real estate scene, quickly becoming known not only for their professionalism, integrity, and competence, but for their kindness and rapport with both clients and other brokers. In their two years in the industry, Steph has gained extensive experience in a wide range of property types across the Chicagoland area, from studio apartments to multi-million dollar luxury homes. They excel in writing winning offers for buyers and marketing homes to net top dollar for sellers.
A Chicago native and architecture geek, Steph is an expert on the city’s neighborhoods and suburbs, with a deep-rooted understanding of Chicago's neighborhoods and market trends. They have lived in Andersonville, Hyde Park, Jefferson Park, and Bowmanville, and currently split their time between Albany Park and South Shore, where they manage an investment property.
As a millennial whose first home ownership experience was purchasing a two-flat with friends, Steph also has personal experience with unconventional routes to home ownership. They are driven by making the nation's most vibrant and diverse city more accessible to all, and especially enjoy guiding renters through the process of becoming first-time homeowners.
Prior to their real estate career, Steph taught English as a Second Language at the University of Illinois Chicago and at various other institutions both in Chicago and abroad. Their work as an educator strongly influences their approach to guiding clients through the complexities of real estate transactions and helping them make informed decisions to achieve their real estate goals.
Queer and poly, Steph is a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ Real Estate Alliance. When they’re not helping clients, they can be found cycling around the midwest, reading a great book, making art, or volunteering in their community. They are a proud alum of both the University of Chicago, where they studied architectural history, and UIC.
