I’m Matthew Hoedt with Realty ONE Group, a Scottsdale-based Residential Real Estate Advisor and licensed Realtor® serving Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the East Valley in Arizona. With more than 16 years of experience, I help people relocate, buy, and sell with clarity and confidence through effective strategies, clear communication, and steady guidance.

Many of my clients are navigating significant transitions, whether they’re moving cross-country, purchasing a second home, or beginning a new chapter. They value honesty, transparency, and a trusted guide who understands both the market and the personal side of making a move.

I hold advanced designations such as Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), and NAR’s Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), bringing both deep local expertise and a global perspective to my work. 

I've also served in many leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels, and am currently a Director at my local Realtor association, on several government affairs and diversity-focused committees, and Arizona Chapter President of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance which I co-founded and have led since 2022.
