About
Jason's background was tailor-made for Real Estate. As a business undergrad, he worked at architectural and design-build firms. He then earned an MBA and spent 22 years in Financial Services in roles including mortgage origination, servicing, risk, finance, regulatory affairs, and work with the U.S. Department of the Treasury on its "Making Homes Affordable" program. He served as Executive Director, Finance at JPMorgan Chase in his last corporate role.
Jason started investing in rental properties in 2005 and made real estate his full-time career in 2015. He has served as Director with Columbus REALTORS® and is currently serving his second term on the Columbus and Central Ohio Multiple Listing Service. He continues to serve the real estate community through his engagement at the local, state and federal levels of the National Association of REALTORS®. He brings a great deal of industry expertise and insight to his role at MODERN OHIO REALTY where he is both the Principal Broker and works directly with Clients to Buy, Sell, Build, and Invest in Central Ohio.
