Jason grew up in South Florida and attended Troy University in Alabama gaining a degree in Human Services & Journalism. A longtime resident of Florida, Jason renovated, operates and has lived in a triplex on the Clearwater/Dunedin border for more than a decade.  Additionally, he has bought, renovated, sold an 8-unit historic commercial-residential apartment building in the Old Clearwater Bay neighborhood of Clearwater.   The success of these apartment building renovations and leasing proves his continued success in property management and the local real estate market.  These things combined have served him well as an advisor with Engel & Völkers.  Jason brings a commitment of quality service, uncompromising integrity and honesty in all business transactions for his clients.
