FORMER LGBTQ+ REAL ESTATE ALLIANCE NATIONAL PRESIDENT AND SEASONED RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE, LAND, AND ROW EXPERT WITH OVER 25 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE - Erin was born in Austin and raised in Houston. While in college, she accepted an administrative position with Anadarko Petroleum. It was there that she discovered Petroleum Land Management: the management and leasing of minerals for an oil and gas company. Over the next 12 years, she worked as a Land Analyst and as a Petroleum Landman for Anadarko Petroleum, Noble Energy, Three Rivers Operating Company, and even as an independent consultant. Working in oil and gas moved Erin to Denver in 2007, but when she and her wife decided to start their family, they moved back to Austin in 2014 to be close to their parents and family. Erin has always had a love and passion for all things real estate. With having nearly 2 decades of experience in oil and gas leasing, energy land acquisition and development, contracts and property law, the transition to residential real estate was logical and seamless. Her enthusiasm and excitement for the industry are evident as soon as you meet Erin. In addition to being a REALTOR, Erin has a strong leadership background within the industry. Erin was the 2023 National President of the The LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, a national organization that advocates for fair housing as it pertains to the LGBTQ+ community. She’s was also a 5 year Diversity Committee member with the Austin Board of Realtors, and a 2020 graduate of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program. In 2024, Erin and her family moved back to Colorado to get back to nature and friends. She is currently practicing residential real estate in the North Denver and Boulder areas, and is a ROW Analyst with Black Bills Energy assisting in obtaining ROW and easements to provide energy (electric, wind, gas, etc) to consumers. When not working, Erin enjoys spending time with her wife, daughter, and their pets, trying out new restaurants with friends, traveling, hiking, road cycling, and listening to pretty much any kind of music.
