Hi, I’m David Tucker.

I’ve always believed that life is about building relationships, and that’s exactly why I love real estate.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent years in boat finance helping people make big purchases with confidence. While the industry changed, one thing never did, I enjoyed getting to know people, earning their trust, and helping them make decisions that were right for them. Real estate has given me the opportunity to do that on an even bigger scale.

For me, this business has never been about selling houses. It’s about helping people through one of the biggest milestones in their lives. Whether you’re buying your very first home, upgrading, downsizing, investing, or selling a place that’s been filled with memories, I understand there’s always a story behind every move. I don’t take that responsibility lightly.

I’m the kind of person who believes in answering my phone, being honest, and treating people the way I’d want my own family to be treated. I’ll celebrate the exciting moments with you, help you navigate the stressful ones, and never leave you wondering what’s happening next.

Outside of real estate, I love being involved in our local community and supporting the people and businesses that make Southeast Louisiana such a great place to call home. I believe the best part of this job isn’t the closing table, it’s the friendships that come from helping people during such an important time in their lives.

At the end of the day, I want to be more than just the REALTOR® you worked with once. I want to be the person you think of anytime you, your family, or your friends have a real estate question. My goal is simple: to work hard, be genuine, and leave every client feeling like they gained a trusted friend, not just an agent.
