I’m a gay REALTOR® with Windermere Manito serving Spokane and the Inland Northwest. I was born and raised in Spokane, and this part of Washington is home.

I believe people should be able to choose a real estate agent without first having to figure out whether they will be respected or understood. You won’t have to edit yourself with me.

My job is to help you see the situation clearly. I’ll tell you what I know, what I don’t, and what I think. I won’t manufacture urgency or push you toward a decision that isn’t right for you. Buying or selling a home involves money, timing and often a lot of emotion. I keep track of the moving pieces and help you decide what makes sense.

Before real estate, I spent ten years owning, publishing and editing a large regional publication. I managed the staff, advertising, production, distribution and deadlines while building relationships across Eastern Washington. It taught me how to stay responsible for the whole picture while still paying attention to the person in front of me.

I work with buyers and sellers, including first-time buyers, people relocating and clients navigating a major change. If you’re an Alliance member with a Spokane-area referral, I’ll take excellent care of the person you send and keep you informed.
