Steph Sanzotta is a highly influential agent in the LGBTQ community locally in Real Estate. She was on the New York State Board of Directors when the LGBTQ Alliance launched along side Generro Hathaway and many others. She was Chair of the first ever in History PRIDE Caucus for The Greater Rochester Association of Realtors which worked alongside the GRAR Black Caucus & Veterans Caucus to provide equitable housing solutions for Realtors, Renters Home Buyers and Sellers. She started in the business under a Real Estate Coach in 2012 which lead to her getting licensed in 2018.
