Steph Sanzotta is a highly influential agent in the LGBTQ community locally in Real Estate. She was on the New York State Board of Directors when the LGBTQ Alliance launched along side Generro Hathaway and many others. She was Chair of the first ever in History PRIDE Caucus for The Greater Rochester Association of Realtors which worked alongside the GRAR Black Caucus & Veterans Caucus to provide equitable housing solutions for Realtors, Renters Home Buyers and Sellers. She started in the business under a Real Estate Coach in 2012 which lead to her getting licensed in 2018. She has worked for Mega Camp Teams and Luxury Firms like Engel and Volkers to help with recruiting and expansion, and has coached agents all over the world. She most notably listed 935 East Avenue in Rochester NY for 2.7 million dollars in 2024 which was a historic Sibley Mansion across from George Eastmans Home.  She is part of her Local Leadership Team with Real, in 2025 Received a Leadership award from the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors Board of Directors. Steph will meet any client where they are and handle them with care. A horsemen thanks to her mother since she was a small kid, Steph road Hunter/Jumpers as a young competitive Equestrian and her Grandfather on her father's side owned a small farm next to Wilberts Tree farm on Salt Road. She has a love for animals and respect for Farmland. She is one of the areas top Realtors for Farm and Land sales and Equine Sports Facilities. She also owns a relocation business where she is connected to agents all over the country. Her mom's side of the family not only gave her a love for horses but gave Steph a strong background in hospitalty she enjoys cooking and being a self proclaimed "Foodie" after living downtown for 7 years she is well versed in Rochester's night life and Restaurant scene. Her family thanks to her grandfather spent numerous summers at Sodus Point at the beach so she knows everything from Metropolitan Sales, to Suburbs, Farm and Land, Luxury History and the Water Front Recreation deals. She is well versed in Residential Commercial and Agriculture sales.
