About

I’m a REALTOR® with eXp Realty serving clients throughout King County and the greater Seattle area, with a particular focus on Kent, Renton, Maple Valley, Covington, Auburn, Federal Way, and surrounding communities. Before transitioning into real estate, I spent more than 20 years leading data and analytics organizations for companies including Microsoft and Disney — experience that now helps me bring a highly strategic, data-driven approach to pricing, marketing, negotiation, and overall client guidance.

At the core of my business is the belief that real estate is deeply personal. Buying or selling a home is rarely just a financial transaction — it’s often tied to major life transitions, relationships, family, identity, and long-term goals. My role is to help clients navigate those transitions with clarity, honesty, strong advocacy, and steady support from beginning to end.

As a gay REALTOR®, husband, and father, creating a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free experience for LGBTQ+ clients and families is especially important to me. Everyone deserves to feel respected, understood, and fully supported throughout the real estate process. I’m passionate about helping clients make informed decisions and creating an experience where people feel comfortable asking questions, exploring options, and making choices that truly align with their lives and goals.

My approach combines education, communication, and strategy. I pride myself on helping clients understand not just what is happening in the market, but why — whether we’re discussing pricing strategy, market timing, preparing a home for sale, negotiating terms, or evaluating long-term investment potential. I believe transparency builds trust, and I work hard to ensure clients feel informed and confident every step of the way.

I work with both buyers and sellers, including first-time homebuyers, downsizers, investors, and clients navigating major life changes. I’m especially passionate about helping people simplify what can otherwise feel like an overwhelming process by bringing structure, organization, proactive communication, and thoughtful planning to every transaction.

Outside of real estate, I’m actively involved in my community, including serving on the board of a local Montessori school. Most of my free time is spent with my husband and our two young sons, whether we’re traveling, exploring the Pacific Northwest, or just enjoying family life together.
