2026 It's back to school season!  NOVA housing market data is still very mixed.  The number of homes for sale continues to creep up and is now back to 2019 numbers meaning there are more opportunities for buyers now than we have seen in a while. Much of the activity is in the higher price points and so a lot of the larger data sets are getting thrown off a bit. As always looking at your micro market and getting very clear about your goals is the key to success.

Solo agent since 2014, I've worked with many queer, trans, & poly families to help achieve their real estate goals.
