Nick McMayon is a gay Dallas Realtor with more than 15 years of experience helping clients buy, sell, invest and lease throughout Dallas and the surrounding areas. As co-principal of DTX Living Group at Compass, Nick has a particular focus on Oak Cliff, Oak Lawn and Central Dallas and is proud to serve the LGBTQ+ community throughout North Texas.

Nick's connection to the neighborhoods he serves is personal. He spent more than a decade living in Oak Lawn and now lives in North Oak Cliff with his husband and their three dogs. Together, they have purchased and renovated two Oak Cliff homes, including their current historic Craftsman in Winnetka Heights. As a Historic Home Specialist, Nick has a strong background in historic properties as well as condos and townhomes.

Nick works with first-time buyers, sellers, relocation clients and investors, whether they're already local or moving to Dallas from another part of the country. His experience also includes the Dallas rental market, helping clients find homes for lease and working with investors and property owners to market and lease their properties.
