Hello! I'm Kristin, a lesbian REALTOR® serving the Twin Cities and surrounding Minnesota communities, and I’m passionate about creating a real estate experience where LGBTQ+ buyers and sellers feel genuinely seen, supported, and comfortable being themselves.

I believe finding a home is about so much more than bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. It’s about finding a place and a community that is YOURS, where you can truly feel at home. I work with first-time buyers, sellers, relocations, and anyone who wants an agent who will meet them where they’re at, explain the process without the pressure, and advocate for them every step of the way.

Beyond working with my clients, I’m proud to serve as Treasurer of the Minnesota Chapter of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. Being involved with the Alliance gives me the opportunity to help strengthen connections within our community, support fellow professionals, and advocate for more inclusive and equitable housing.

A little about me outside of real estate:

• I’m a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and love being involved in queer community spaces around the Twin Cities.
• I’m a homeowner myself, so I understand both the excitement and the “wait…how much is THAT going to cost?” side of homeownership.
• I’m a cat person and proud cat parent of 4!
• You’ll usually find me checking out local restaurants and events, spontaneously diving with sharks, camping, or planning my next trip.
• I love older homes, original character, and the little details that make a house feel like someone’s home.
