Hello, I’m Kayne Brown, a REALTOR® with Cahill Real Estate Services and a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky. Having spent nearly my entire life in this community, I understand what makes the area special and take great pride in helping others find a place here that feels like home.

Before beginning my real estate career, I spent more than 23 years serving my community as a police officer, including 16 years as a SWAT team hostage negotiator. Following my law-enforcement career, I earned a degree in paramedicine and worked as a paramedic in both Northern Kentucky and New Orleans.

Those careers placed me beside people during some of the most important, difficult, and uncertain moments of their lives. They taught me how to listen closely, communicate clearly, remain calm under pressure, understand different perspectives, and solve problems when the stakes are high. Today, I bring those same qualities to real estate—helping my clients understand their options, protecting their interests, and guiding them through major decisions with patience and confidence.

As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, I am committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive experience for LGBTQ+ clients, their families and allies, and people from every background. Outside of real estate, I’ve always had a strong interest in aviation and enjoy learning more about it whenever I can.
