I'm Joshua Gorsuch, a REALTOR® with Real Broker LLC based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community myself. That's not a footnote to how I work, it's the reason I do this work the way I do. Helping LGBTQ+ buyers and sellers find that place, here in St. Pete, is what I care about most.

Over 11+ years and 250+ closed transactions, I've built my business around one core group: people relocating to St. Petersburg who are doing serious homework before they ever pick up the phone, many of them LGBTQ+ individuals and couples specifically looking for a welcoming, walkable, values-aligned city to call home. I specialize in the historic, character-rich neighborhoods that tend to draw that buyer, including Historic Kenwood, Old Northeast, Crescent Lake, and Snell Isle, and I back every recommendation with real local market data, not sales talk.

Being LGBTQ+ in this business means I don't just tell clients St. Petersburg is welcoming, I can show them, block by block, which neighborhoods, businesses, and communities actually live that out. Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me out in the St. Pete community I represent, staying active, or planning my next trip abroad, all things that keep me connected to the same curiosity and love of place that brings so many of my clients here in the first place.
