Javier Puga-Phillips is an award-winning gay, Latino, and bilingual English/Spanish real estate broker with Cascade Hasson Sotheby’s International Realty in Portland, Oregon. Licensed in Oregon and California, Javier has helped buyers and sellers since 2005.

He works with first-time homebuyers, sellers, LGBTQ+ clients, Spanish-speaking families, relocating clients, luxury properties, condominiums, probate sales, and investment properties throughout the Portland metro area.

As Vice President of Pride Connect, Sotheby’s International Realty’s LGBTQ+ and ally group, Javier works to increase LGBTQ+ visibility and representation in real estate.
