Many of our 2026 Lunch & Learns will focus on our personal growth as real estate professionals. To kick off this year’s series, the incredible PJ Hill - Financial Advisor at NorthRock Financials, VP of the Minnesota Chapter NAACP, and so much more - will be teaching us strategies for investment, wealth building and planning for retirement. This is going to be a good one! Remember, ALL are welcome at our L&L’s, including your non-member colleagues. Please feel free to share within your brokerages and amongst your vendors. PJ Hill is a Advisor at NorthRock Partners and a Principal Partner with PGMA Development, where he focuses on transformative, community centered projects across Minnesota. A former professional athlete turned investor and strategist, PJ owns a portfolio of multifamily units and is the owner of the Heritage property in George Floyd Square, reflecting his long term commitment to ownership and revitalization. At NorthRock, he operates within an integrated multi family office platform, advising corporate executives, professional athletes, and entrepreneurs on advanced investment management, tax strategy, estate planning, and legacy architecture. Blending institutional level financial expertise with real world real estate execution. Appointed to chair economic recovery efforts in Minneapolis and active on multiple civic and philanthropic boards, he is driven by a bold mission to create 1,000 women and minority millionaires through ownership, education, and disciplined wealth strategy while building scalable impact and generational prosperity.
